A great protein spread – why buy, when you can make!
2 cups of roasted Almonds
1 tbls of peanut oil
Pop the almonds and peanut oil in a good food blender and blend until a fine texture is reached.
Pop the mixture into a sterilized jar and seal up and pop in the fridge
As an extra, you can also add honey to make it sweeter!
